Bryan Kennedy

Bryan Kennedy is Epsilon's Chief Operating Officer and President of its Marketing Technology group. As COO, he is responsible for all marketing technology development and architecture, as well as the development and execution of Epsilon's marketplace strategy. As president of the Marketing Technology group, Bryan oversees the continued build-out of the company's capabilities across analytics, strategy and multi-channel technology solutions.


Bryan's reputation as an industry innovator is underscored by Forrester Research in its recent report, Forrester Wave: Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2006. The report notes that "Epsilon was the first traditional database marketing services provider to completely replace mainframe-based processing with more modern architecture, and it has proven it can handle very complex, high-end technical requirements." Epsilon's recognition as a leader and its overall success is due in large part to Bryan's leadership in delivering the industry's most robust and comprehensive marketing solutions to clients.


Bryan joined Epsilon in 1996 and brings a unique hands-on perspective of all the stages of client programming, from crafting, delivering and managing complete solutions for clients. Prior to being named COO, Bryan was Epsilon's Chief Technology Officer.


Within the marketing services industry, Bryan is considered an expert in loyalty marketing and membership technology, and very large database design and management. He is regularly quoted on these issues in leading industry media including Intelligent Enterprise, Network World, Promo Magazine and CRM Today.


Bryan's experience in loyalty and database management, application architecture and solution design includes a deep understanding of specific needs in the lodging, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, fundraising and retail industries. He is closely involved with Epsilon's clients and oversees all technology delivery resources.

Bryan earned a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
