Edward McCormick is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Epsilon. Ed leads the Human Resources team across Epsilon's business groups to support organizational growth through recruitment, on-boarding, training, career development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Ed joined Epsilon in 2007 from parent company Alliance Data, where he served since 2004 as vice president of corporate human resources. Previously he co-owned and operated a recruitment and human resources outsourcing firm, where he developed and implemented an infrastructure and business strategy that drove rapid growth. His 25-year career as a human resources leader also includes senior positions with Kraft Foods, Frito Lay, Acuity Brands, and AT&T.
Ed holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
