Michael Iaccarino joined Epsilon in 1998 as CFO and was named CEO in 2001. As President and CEO, Michael has led a period of unprecedented growth at Epsilon, spearheading strategic acquisitions, expanding its comprehensive set of market-leading offerings and delivering a steady stream of marketing services innovation. Under Michael's leadership, Epsilon has become a recognized industry leader, managing thousands of innovative campaigns each year for a growing roster of more than 2200 leading brands.


Michael's vision for the company is shaped by his desire to meet and exceed client expectations through the coordinated delivery of exceptional service, expertise and best-of-breed data and platform–agnostic solutions that help marketers optimize their customer relationships and marketing ROI. In the Forrester Wave Report: Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2006, Forrester Research identified Epsilon as a standout among database marketing service providers, noting how it has "set the bar for the industry." A second report, Forrester Wave: Email Marketing Service Providers, Q4 2005, recognized Epsilon's Interactive Services group as a market leader in its category. Today, Epsilon is considered best–in–class in database marketing services, best–in–class in email marketing services and best–in–class in creative services (with more than 60 award winning campaigns), and Advertising Age recently ranked Epsilon the 4th largest marketing services agency in the U.S.


Michael is well known in the marketing services industry for his commitment to outstanding client satisfaction and proven ROI. Under his personal leadership, Epsilon maintains innovative client satisfaction programs and works closely with clients to ensure maximum ROI from all campaigns. In Forrester's Database Marketing Service Providers Scorecard Summary, Epsilon Q1 2006, Forrester noted that "Clients rate Epsilon far above industry average with respect to the reliability of its operations and execution. Clients also rate Epsilon far above industry average in terms of overall satisfaction. This reflects the company's coordinated service delivery model, which is the best we've seen in the industry." Prior to his role as president and CEO, Michael served as Epsilons Client Advocate.


Before joining Epsilon, Michael was a senior consultant at both KPMG and Price Waterhouse. Earlier in his career, at Summit Technology, Michael was instrumental in driving the company's revenue growth from approximately $8 million to $100 million.


Mr. Iaccarino holds Bachelor's degrees from Boston College and was formerly licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.
