Michael Penney is Executive Vice President of strategic and analytic services for Epsilon. He leads Epsilon's growing strategic consulting and analytics practice, comprised of a PhD-powered team of nearly 100 strategic consultants, analysts and statisticians.
Michael joined Epsilon in 2007 from Blue Ridge Partners Management Consulting, where as a founding partner he developed the firm's client service methodology, RPM (Revenue Performance Management). His more than 25 years of experience as a management consultant and business strategist also includes working with top-tier firms such as McKinsey & Company and AT&T, where he held senior leadership positions.
Like many of his colleagues at Epsilon, Michael is an active industry member and thought leader. A recognized authority on business analytics, he frequently contributes articles to business publications such as Target Marketing and has presented at key events such as SuperComm, and the Council of Logistics Management's national conference.
Michael holds BS and MS degrees in finance from the University of Wyoming.
