Taleen Ghazarian is a Senior Vice President of planning and strategy, brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, database marketing, and business development to her role identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities. She has directly shaped Epsilon's expanding offering by guiding and helping to execute multiple strategic acquisitions in the interactive and data industries. Taleen has also played a key role in the development and expansion of Epsilon's pharmaceutical practice. She began her tenure with Epsilon in the CRM consulting group, leading engagements that included guiding marketing strategy, implementing database marketing best practices, and analyzing programs to demonstrate and improve effectiveness.
Taleen developed her vertical market expertise as a consultant in the customer management and pharmaceutical practices at Arthur D. Little, and as a client manager at IBM, where she led sales teams and managed global accounts. She earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and her MBA from Georgetown University.
