As Charter Communications has transformed itself into a best-in-class, data-driven marketing organization, Paul Belle Isle has been a leader in the company’s initiative to understand – and market to – the entire customer life cycle. Tasked with designing, building, and executing enterprise-level retention and loyalty marketing initiatives at the country’s fourth-largest cable company, he has directed the national launch and rapid growth of Charter’s successful loyalty program, Live It with Charter™.

Prior to joining Charter in late 2005, Mr. Belle Isle spent seven years at Sprint PCS in product management and marketing, creating and launching that company’s internet marketing strategy and its first integrated sales and service programs to span online and offline channels. On the product side, he launched the nation’s first consumer wireless internet service, and contributed significantly to the rollout of Sprint’s nationwide 3G mobile network. Mr. Belle Isle also has significant entrepreneurial experience in the internet space, and worked for several years in the not-for-profit sector and on Capitol Hill.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Belle Isle is heavily involved in traditional Japanese karate, and is the senior instructor for the Saint Louis dojo of the Japan Karate-Do Ryobu-Kai organization.

Mr. Belle Isle earned his Bachelor of Arts at Cornell University, where he majored in Government and minored in Mathematics and Economics. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on marketing and brand management from the same institution.
