Epsilon maintains an email marketing newsletter lists and events alerts list to communicate with our clients and prospects. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing list by opting-in on the Epsilon Web site. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. All email messages sent to this list include an opportunity to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving future newsletters and events alerts.  

Epsilon maintains a postal mailing list to communicate with our clients and prospects. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease our list to anyone. You can request to be removed from our mailing list by contacting us via email.   

Technologies
Epsilon uses technologies to help us understand which parts of our websites are visited most often and understand traffic patterns on pages. We use cookies to tailor web content to match your browser capability. These cookies are not stored and are not linked to any personally identifiable information. You can set your Internet browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. If you reject the cookie, you may still use this site, but you may be limited in the functionality of some areas.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information both online and offline. Periodically, our employees are notified about the importance we place on privacy and security, and what they can do to ensure our clients' information is protected. The servers on which we store data are kept in a secure environment.

US Safe Harbor Epsilon abides by the principles of the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of data from the European Union.

The following Epsilon entities, Epsilon Data Management, LLC and Alliance Data FHC, Inc., trading as Epsilon International are safe harbor certified and participate in the US Safe Harbor Privacy Framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce. As part of our participation in the safe harbor, we have agreed to TRUSTe dispute resolution for disputes relating to our compliance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework.
