Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Bryan oversees the strategy and delivery of Epsilon's innovative online and offline marketing solutions for its global client roster. Serving Epsilon clients since 1996, Bryan has been a key architect behind Epsilon's rapid growth and expansion into the data and digital marketing services arena as well as the company’s current position as the largest agency company in end-to-end, direct-to-consumer connections. Under his supervision, Epsilon has received numerous accolades as a marketing innovator, including noted recognition from Forrester Research and Ad Age.
Prior to his current role, Bryan served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Epsilon's Marketing Technology division where he oversaw the development and execution of marketplace strategy and international operations. His responsibilities included management of the marketing services product portfolio ranging from strategy and analytics to loyalty, customer data integration, campaign management and digital marketing solutions. He also served as Epsilon's Chief Technology Officer, overseeing database design and management and as well as data-driven marketing programs.
Bryan earned his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
