Chief Client Officer, Epsilon

Cathy Lang is Chief Client Officer of Epsilon, and oversees Aspen Marketing Services and Epsilon Marketing Technology client teams.

Cathy is responsible for advancing business development and overseeing performance and strategic growth initiatives for Aspen and Epsilon’s national accounts, across the Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Business-to-Business, Nonprofit, Insurance and Travel and Hospitality verticals. Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Aspen where she lead the daily operations, strategic development and management of the agency’s top tier clients, Cathy has successfully driven strong financial performance, while promoting and maintaining a culture of innovation.

Cathy joined Aspen in 2001 as the Vice President of New Business Development and quickly progressed to become Chief Marketing Officer. In 2007, Cathy was appointed to Chief Operating Officer, the position she holds today. As a valued thought leader, Cathy has been instrumental in Aspen's dramatic transformation from traditional marketing to the fully integrated digital agency it is today.

Prior to joining Aspen, Cathy has extensive hands-on experience in senior leadership roles in marketing and strategic planning for a wide range of companies such as Ameritech, Grainger and MCI. Her experience includes the oversight and management of direct response, B2B, retention, acquisition and digital marketing for this diverse group of industry brands.

Cathy earned her M.B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Purdue University.
