Cathy integrates and guides the performance and strategic growth across Aspen Marketing and Epsilon Marketing Technology client teams. She oversees Epsilon's key accounts, with a concentration in Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Business-to-Business, Nonprofit, Insurance, and Travel and Hospitality vertical markets.

Formerly, Cathy served as Chief Operating Officer of Aspen where she managed daily operations for the agency, as well as strategic development and management of the agency’s top-tier clients. She has driven strong financial performance, while promoting and maintaining a culture of innovation. As a valued thought leader, Cathy was instrumental in Aspen's dramatic transformation from traditional direct marketing to a fully integrated agency.

Prior to joining Aspen, Cathy held several senior marketing and strategic planning positions for companies such as Ameritech, Grainger and MCI.
