Keith Morrow

As CIO & EVP of Shared Services, Keith Morrow is responsible for all information systems globally. His responsibilities include driving IT strategy and the execution of all Epsilon infrastructure and production support functions, which provide the foundation for the company's client service offerings. He partners with Epsilon's internal client teams throughout the business development, delivery and support processes to ensure the effective implementation and operation of client solutions.
Before joining Epsilon, Keith founded his own IT effectiveness consultancy, K. Morrow Associates LLC, helping clients improve their e-Commerce capabilities and overall IT effectiveness. Keith previously served as CIO at Blockbuster Inc. and 7-Eleven, Inc. during which time he ranked on CIO Magazine's CIO 100 three years in a row.
He has been recognized as a winner of the InfoWorld 100 by InfoWorld, Power 50 by Executive Technology, Premier 100 IT Leaders by Computerworld and was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine. Morrow has been a member of the Board of Directors for the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) since 2004.
Keith holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in e-Commerce from Dallas Baptist University.
