Based in Hong Kong, Cavan Downes leads up the operations, customer support, and solutions development teams across the Asia Pacific region. He also spearheads the building of strategic and analytic services in Asia Pacific. In 2005, Cavan took the role of Director of Services for Asia Pacific and became part of the regional leadership team through the 2005 acquisition of DoubleClick Email Solutions. He joined Doubleclick as Consulting Manager in Europe in 1997 and moved to Asia as Director of Technical Services in 2000.
Cavan has been working in the field of data driven email marketing services for the past 7 years, and has worked with many of Epsilon’s major brand customers including P&G, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, ZUJI, Singapore Press Holding, Virgin Blue providing solutions and strategy guidance.
