Real Time Messaging
Epsilon offers a Real Time Messaging (RTM) solution to help with triggered messaging across multiple integration points. Epsilon’s RTM uses our API set and can be set up in minutes, eliminating the need for custom development. RTM is configured with an extra level of redundancy and is available even through pre-announced platform maintenance windows. You have the option of bypassing any database lookups prior to mail deployment, resulting in higher performance and scalability. Customer actions on websites, CRM systems, and data warehouses trigger RTM messages.
Additional triggers include call center events, web site activity, order confirmations, and billing and payment notices. RTM messages can be configured with dedicated IPs that, combined with our proprietary MTA, can guarantee the best deliverability possible. Epsilon has also integrated with the most widely used CRM, POS, and commerce systems between all clients, including large e-commerce vendors.

Alerts
Epsilon’s partnership with Return Path gives you access to Mailbox Monitor, an advanced solution for tracking email deliverability through all major ISPs via a robust seed list and proactive alerts that identify blocking and filtering issues. For each campaign sent, the Epsilon Account Team receives an ISP delivery status report confirming how much of the campaign arrived, when it arrived, and its folder destination (inbox or bulk). With Return Path’s Sender Score results, a Delivery Dashboard can provide quick analysis of deliverability by campaign and date, and comparisons to other companies.
The Epsilon Deliverability Team provides daily deliverability reporting and alerts—including daily client campaign statistics—to all account teams. A state-of-the-art ticketing system provides an established escalation path, and account managers receive all necessary information to keep clients informed of all deliverability incidents and resolution paths.
Landing pages
Once a user decides to participate in an email campaign and clicks on a link, you can present that user with one or more customized landing pages with a specific marketing message. Landing pages can feature the same layout and branding as the marketing message, or they can have a distinct look and feel. All data elements used to customize and personalize the email message will also be available to the landing page. The user can participate on the landing pages in a variety of ways, from gathering information and linking to other parts of a company’s web presence to enrolling in various marketing programs to creating an account. Best of all, there’s no limit to the types of data you can collect from landing page sites.
You can optimize the data collection process through conditional branching that uses input data to request or require various data elements based on the information given to prior questions within the web session. All information gathered on the landing page will be stored in the customer record and made available to you for use in future campaigns and customer segmentation.
