For Epsilon communications, business contacts may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism within the e-mail, which allows contacts to manage their subscription preferences regarding Epsilon’s newsletters, e-mail alerts and special offers. This mechanism does not allow a user to opt out of receiving transactional e-mail, such as registration confirmation, product or service updates, and responses to direct requests.

Clients of Epsilon have agreed to not send unsolicited commercial email through our systems. Any client who violates this agreement is subject to privacy review, services termination and potential legal action.
If you believe you have received an unsolicited commercial email from Epsilon on behalf of any of our clients, please fill out the form below. (Please note that Epsilon will only be able to investigate the spam allegation if the full header of the email is provided). If you provide a copy of the original headers and if the message does prove to have originated from one of Epsilon’s Clients, Epsilon will ensure that your email address is unsubscribed from the Client.
