Andrew Frawley

President, Marketing Technology

Andrew Frawley is President of Marketing Technology and is responsible for the definition and delivery of Epsilon's multi-channel, digital and database marketing solutions. Andrew oversees the global operations of the industry's largest email service provider.

Andrew has 25 years of operating experience, including 20 years at the senior management level, within enterprise software, software as a service (SaaS) and service companies. Andrew’s expertise spans digital marketing, email marketing, CRM, database marketing and customer value management. He has advised over 200 clients including the largest and most sophisticated marketing organizations in the world.

Before joining Epsilon, Andrew was CEO of ClickTactics, later named ClickSquared, which offers an automated email marketing solution with a full complement of services ranging from strategy and analytics to multi-channel campaign management and business intelligence. Under his leadership, ClickSquared was named the fastest-growing company in New England and to the Inc. 500 during 2005, the New England Fast 50 in 2005-2007 and AlwaysOn 100 in 2008.

Andrew is a past Chairman of the Direct Marketing Association Financial Services Council Conference, a judge for the DMA Echo awards. He is a member of Common Angles and serves on the Board of Directors of private companies Whydata, as well as a Board Member for nonprofit organizations American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge and Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association (K.B.I.A.).

Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Maine and an M.B.A. from Babson College with a concentration in computer science.
