Bryan Kennedy

President & CEO

Bryan Kennedy is Epsilon's President and CEO. As president and CEO, Mr. Kennedy oversees the strategy and delivery of Epsilon's innovative online and offline marketing services to brands worldwide.

Bryan joined Epsilon in 1996 and brings a unique hands-on perspective to all the stages of client programming, from crafting and designing to delivering and managing complete solutions for clients. Prior to being named President and CEO, he was chief operating officer and the president of Epsilon's Marketing Technology business, which includes a broad portfolio of marketing services ranging from strategy and analytics to loyalty, customer data integration, campaign management and digital marketing solutions. As chief operating officer, Mr. Kennedy was responsible for the development and execution of Epsilon's marketplace strategy and international operations, and was a key architect behind Epsilon's rapid growth and expansion into the data and digital marketing services arena. Bryan also previously served as Epsilon's chief technology officer.

Within the marketing services industry, Bryan is considered an expert in loyalty marketing and membership technology, very large database design and management as well as data-driven marketing solutions. His leadership has led Epsilon to receive numerous accolades as a marketing innovator and leader from research analysts and industry publications alike, including Forrester Research and Ad Age. Bryan maintains a close alignment with Epsilon's clients across many verticals including lodging, financial services, healthcare and retail.

Bryan earned a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
