SVP, Human Resources

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jane is responsible for driving Epsilon’s worldwide strategies around talent, culture and organizational performance. Her global HR team designs and implements programs to attract, develop, engage and retain the top talent in the industry. Under Jane’s leadership, Epsilon has cultivated a rewarding, performance-based culture that enables talented people to deliver great results.

Jane has two decades of experience across a variety HR disciplines. Before joining Epsilon in 2003, Jane held a series of management roles at well respected organizations including Grant Thornton LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, and Robert Half International.

Jane attended the University of the Pacific, on a President’s Honor’s Academic Scholarship, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
