Epsilon grows strategic division in EMEA
Regional rollout to bolster client-focused strategy and solutions
LONDON, UK, May 23, 2011 — Epsilon International is expanding its range of marketing solutions in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) by broadening the remit of its strategic and analytic consulting group (SACG). SACG’s service proposition is unique to Epsilon and was set up to help brands navigate the increasingly complicated marketing landscape. Epsilon aims to replicate the group’s success in other regions (North America and Asia Pacific) to consolidate its status as a customer experience specialist.
Through on and offline data analysis, market research and competitor analysis, SACG devises bespoke, actionable, integrated online strategies and makes practical recommendations that improve and optimise the customer experience.
Two key senior SACG appointments in EMEA reflect the importance the team will play across the region, In the UK, Simeon Lando has been appointed to head of consulting for the EMEA group, while Erik von Duehren oversees the SACG operation in Germany.
