Welcome to our First
Epsilon Insights Newsletter

Hello and welcome to our first Epsilon Insights Newsletter. This quarterly communication will share with you meaningful updates on marketing best practices, Epsilon research, client successes, and relevant news and information about Epsilon’s products, services and overall business.

The inaugural issue of Insights includes an article by Michael Lavoie, EVP of Client Services, An Economy of Hope, along with a regular feature we’ll include in upcoming editions of Insights, the Client Spotlight. We’ll also share Best Practices and Product Updates to keep you in step with marketing trends and technology developments.


I’d also like to take this opportunity to share with you some happenings at Epsilon: We recently announced the launch of Epsilon Targeting which combines assets from ICOM, Epsilon Data and Abacus and is North America’s premier data organization with the best-in-class data, expertise and the largest and most robust set of data solutions available today. Earlier this year, Andy Frawley was named President of Epsilon’s Email & Digital Solutions business. Andy is a long-standing industry veteran with deep skills and a unique track record in bringing innovative marketing technologies that address the future challenges that marketers are facing. We are delighted to have Andy aboard shepherding our product strategy and overall delivery of digital solutions.
