DREAMmail 4.9
- RTM reporting. This release includes date based reporting for Real Time Messaging (RTM) which provides the marketer with a more in depth analysis into the performance of their transactional campaigns over time. With this deeper insight customers are able to review and refresh their content when needed to optimize performance results.
- Geographical Delivery Monitoring. DREAMmail 4.9 includes further enhancements to our integration with Return Path that provides the ability to view deliverability metrics such as inbox and junk mail % broken out by the geographical location of the ISP.
- Message Layout Report. With the latest release more metrics have been added to the Message Layout report giving the marketer more tools to the measure the relative performance of the various aspects of their email creative.
- DMConnect. The DREAMmail API continues to evolve providing customers with even more programmatic control of the application. With over 10 new requests customers have access to more list and member meta data that can be used for custom user interfaces.
DREAM 8
- DREAM 8 includes a brand new user interface that provides faster and more efficient navigation and task management. Some of the highlights include:
- Reorganized Menu. With the new vertical menu and a tabbed sub menu users can keep all of their options in one place.
- New tab functionality provides the ability to simultaneously open multiple workspaces in a tabular format, permitting easy multitasking and quick navigation between campaign tasks for better use of marketer’s time.
- The Dashboard is a new user defined workspace which lets users easily view the functions and activities that are most relevant for their job responsibilities. It provides quick and easy access to recent campaign metrics, Workflow status, and popular tags all in one location.
- Search provides an easy way for users to find what they are looking for. Users can enter in any key word and search the entire DREAM client for matching lists, copy modules, segments, templates etc. The Search is available on each screen of the application and will always be there to help users find what they are looking for.
- DREAM 8 also includes a new task management system called Workflow that provides advanced visualization technology and “drag and drop” capability to let users streamline and automate any number of steps associated with the deployment of a campaign. These workflows can then be used as needed or scheduled to execute on a recurring basis. Workflows can be used for a wide range of things from the daily upload of a file to the automation of wave campaigns that deploy a series of communications based on segmentation or previous response activity.
- DREAM 8 includes a new Real Time Messaging (RTM) email platform integrated with the application that is dedicated to high volume one-to-one messaging including transactional email. By integrating with DREAM’s Real Time Messaging platform API, customers will have the ability to trigger large volumes of HTML-rich messages and leverage the same deliverability and reporting features currently available within DREAM. RTM is a premium service that provides exceptional availability and performance to support high volume, time-sensitive delivery of triggered messages. RTM also provides superior traceability to track and confirm message deployment. Designed to be available around the clock, customers can deploy at any time without the need to worry about scheduled maintenance.
- With Epsilon’s continued growth in international markets, DREAM 8 includes 5 new character sets for a total of 11 to support email in over 50 languages.
- Technology Partnership of Return Path – Epsilon recently strengthened its partnership with Return Path to offer you a rich reporting environment in Sender Score Monitor to track inbox deliverability rates and to preview how campaigns render in various email clients. And for those of you with good reputation history, you may be eligible for Sender Score Certified, an accreditation service that provides reduced filtering and image suppression with select ISP’s. Talk to your account teams about how to take advantage of these tools and start actively managing your reputation to improve deliverability.
- Kevin Mabley, VP of Strategic Services of our Strategic Consulting and Analytics Group co-presented our May Webcast with Andy Frawley, President of Digital Solutions, Epsilon. Our webcast titled Inside the Inbox: Global Consumer Email Trends for the Multi-Channel Marketer, reviewed research that stems from a study of over 4000 respondents, across 13 countries that was conducted by ROI Research to provide an in-depth look at consumer behavior and attitudes towards the use of email. The findings offer valuable insights for multi-channel marketers as they face a highly competitive and complex digital environment and strive to deliver the most relevant message to their customers through the most effective method. - Real Property Data is now available on our TargetPlus (formerly known as Advantage Choice) file. Epsilon’s Real Property data provides you with complete property demographics, as well as a detailed look at property financing (e.g. loans, loan type, rates, etc.).
- Target PreMover Models provide you with the ability to reach your customers and potential customers prior to moving. Research shows that 80% of moving households are most likely to use the services of the first company that contacts them. We can help you be that first company.
- New Income Model provides the best estimate of household income based on the data from the TargetPlus and the 2008 GeoTraits files. (NOTE: Abacus file was not included)
- Relocation: An Essential Economic Stimulus is a newly released Epsilon research brief that takes an in-depth look at how and when new movers make their buying decisions.
