Bigfoot Interactive Appoints New HR Director to Further Support Company's Rapid Growth

Patricia Newman Joins Senior Management Team From VNU Media To Lead Strategic Human Resources Efforts

NEW YORK - June 1, 2005 - Bigfoot Interactive, the leading provider of strategic, ROI-focused email communications solutions and marketing automation technologies, today announced the appointment of Patricia Newman to the position of human resources director. In this new position, Newman will be responsible for managing the overall human resources function. This includes recruiting staff as the company continues its rapid expansion, guiding the development and training of Bigfoot Interactive personnel and managing the implementation of all human resources programs including employee benefits and performance recognition programs.

Newman comes to Bigfoot Interactive with more than 20 years experience in human resources. Most recently, Newman served as human resources director of VNU Business Media, publisher of business publications, trade shows and conferences and operators of more than 185 business-to-business electronic products. Prior, Newman was the human resources director of Working Mother Media where she revamped the employee benefits structure resulting in significant cost savings to both the company and its employees. She has also held senior human resource positions at high profile media companies, including The WorkingWomanNetwork, and began her career with a successful tenure at Ziff Davis.
