Bigfoot Interactive CMO Named To BtoB's "Who's Who" For Three Years Running

NEW YORK, NY - August 17, 2004 - Bigfoot Interactive, the leading provider of strategic, ROI-focused email communication solutions and marketing automation technologies, announced today that its Chief Marketing Officer Michael Della Penna has been named one of BtoB Magazine's " Who's Who in 2004 ". This is Della Penna's third consecutive appearance on the prestigious list.

Each year, BtoB Magazine generates a list of the top 100 people making a difference in b-to-b marketing. Executives are chosen and spotlighted for their leadership qualities, whether it's developing industry best practices, building innovative integrated marketing programs or launching new products and services within 10 distinct categories: marketing organizations, advertising agencies, creative units, direct and database, search, business media, services and technology, public relations, analysis and academia, and associations. Della Penna is recognized this year as a leader in the category of Services and Technology.

Della Penna was chosen for the 2004 Who's Who list for his role as co-chairman of the Association for Interactive Marketing's (AIM) Council for Responsible Email, which in October 2003 issued its "Email Delivery Best Practices," a guide designed to empower marketers with practical recommendations to ensure the delivery of legitimate commercial e-mail.

The Who's Who nomination comes on the heels of a recent report by Forrester Research recently that cites Bigfoot Interactive as a leading email marketing service provider and the only vendor to sit squarely in the leader category ("The Best Email Marketing Service Providers", June 30, 2004, Forrester Research). The research commended Bigfoot Interactive's strong management team for consistent tenure with the company and recognized its executives - Della Penna among them - as industry thought leaders.

Expanding on his role as CMO of Bigfoot Interactive, Della Penna remains actively engaged in several industry associations. He serves on the AIM Advisory Board and is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). His participation in these organizations, coupled with his proficiency in direct and interactive marketing, has given Della Penna the platform to impact industry-wide best practices, as well as provide a knowledgeable voice on emerging state and federal legislation that regulates and impacts email communications.
