More than a Dozen Prestigious Awards Received from NEDMA, FCS and HSMAI

Hilton HHonors "My Way" Program
Epsilon won a Gold NEDMA Award for Creative Excellence in the Interactive category and a HSMAI Adrian Award for Web Creative and Marketing Excellence for its work on the Hilton HHonors campaign. A division of The Hilton Hotels focused on member loyalty and rewards, Hilton HHonors commissioned Epsilon to design, build and manage an advanced loyalty technology platform to better serve the unique needs of its customers. The "My Way" program recognizes high-value guests by rewarding them for their stay and acknowledging their loyalty by offering an amenity of their choice. Epsilon was successful in creating a program that helps Hilton HHonors increase customer loyalty and enhance overall satisfaction for its most valuable guests.
BMC Software
NEDMA also honored Epsilon with a Gold award in the Business-to-Business category for its work with BMC Software. Epsilon helped BMC break through the clutter received by C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies and explain the key benefits of BMC Business Service Management. By teaming with Epsilon, BMC Software was able to better communicate how its solutions can tear down the walls between IT initiatives and business goals.
Financial Services
Epsilon's exceptional work in the financial services industry earned two Silver awards from NEDMA as well a Gold and Bronze Portfolio Awards from FCS in the Direct Marketing, Business-to-Business category.
These awards recognized a solicitation mailing Epsilon designed for Capital One as well as a high-end dimensional direct mail piece that helped KeyBank build awareness in a competitive market. The KeyBank mailer helped educate top decision makers about the bank's solutions for middle-market companies. By standing out among the barrage of communications from other banks, the direct mail piece helped KeyBank secure in-person appointments with prospects in order to educate potential commercial banking clients on how to take advantage of their existing credit line rather than applying for new credit vehicles.
