Epsilon to Break Ground on New Texas Office
75,000-square-foot Building will Combine Two Dallas Offices
DALLAS, TX – June 27, 2005 –
Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company, today announced plans to begin development on a new Dallas office in Regent Center Business Park. Epsilon's new office building will incorporate the company's existing two Dallas offices, serving as a regional headquarters focused on supporting client needs and the company's ongoing expansion. The project is expected to be complete in spring of 2006.
The build-to-suit development project will allow Epsilon to have a space completely focused around client needs, as demonstrated in plans for a 5,000-square-foot data center. Concurrently, the new building will foster a progressive workplace to allow all of Epsilon's Dallas employees to work together in one location. Upon completion, it will house approximately 340 employees and will join other well-known companies such as Citigroup and FedEx at the office park.
"Our new building will allow all of our Dallas employees to collaborate more closely on client projects, while leaving room for us to continue our growth in the Dallas area," said Mike Iaccarino, president and CEO of Epsilon. "This is a milestone for Epsilon and we look forward to providing exceptional client service in this state-of-the-art facility."
In addition to Dallas, Epsilon maintains offices in Boston, St. Louis and Washington D.C.
