Epsilon Announces Formation Of Four Internal Business Groups Under The Epsilon Brand
New Business Group Structure To Better Align With The Growing Demand For Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing Solutions
Wakefield, MA – September 27, 2006 – Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced the creation of four internal business groups to support growing demand for integrated, multi-channel marketing solutions under one brand. Since successfully integrating Bigfoot Interactive and, most recently, DoubleClick Email Solutions, Epsilon has seen an increase in sales momentum for its integrated offering, including its most recent client win of BMC, announced earlier this week.
The newly reorganized Epsilon includes the following four distinct business groups: Epsilon Data Services, Epsilon Interactive Services, Epsilon Agency and Direct Services, and Epsilon Strategic Database Services.
“In a recent Forrester Research report - Marketing Technology Adoption 2006 – marketers stated that they idealize a technology solution that would integrate their complete multi-channel marketing process,” said Michael Iaccarino, president and CEO of Epsilon. “This new organizational structure is the best way to deliver a complete solution today. We have successfully integrated our strategic acquisitions and aligned our internal structure to deliver a comprehensive platform that has become a differentiator for us and increases our sales momentum.”
Epsilon’s strategic organizational restructuring, combined with its integrated capabilities, further enhances its ability to deliver robust solutions that span the multi-channel marketing process including: mastery of data, strategy, analytics, creative services, database design, and multi-channel delivery mechanisms that optimize customer relationships and grow marketing ROI.
The company also today announced the leaders for Epsilon’s four business groups.
- Bryan Kennedy, COO of Epsilon will be responsible for the continued expansion of the Strategic Database Services group, Epsilon’s largest group. Also serving as president of the Strategic Services group, Kennedy will oversee the continued build-out of its capabilities which include analytics, strategy and multi-channel marketing technology solutions.

Thomas, who has been directly responsible Epsilon Interactive’s recent sales success, will spearhead the company’s effort to extend its leadership in digital communications, including its innovative email and interactive capabilities.

He will continue to expand the company’s growing portfolio, which includes creative services, print production and direct marketing services.
- David Thornbury, currently president and CEO of CPC Associates is expected to lead the Epsilon Data Services group upon closing of the CPC Associates acquisition by Epsilon, announced last week. As president, Thornbury would oversee the integration and build out of the broader data offering at Epsilon.
“The past few years have been a time of extraordinary growth at Epsilon, accelerated by strategic acquisitions and the addition of talent across all service areas, from award-winning creative professionals to experts in data, direct marketing and interactive solutions,” said Iaccarino. “Our people, processes, global presence and technology capabilities provide a truly integrated offering to clients around the world.
