Epsilon To Host Third Annual Integrated Marketing Symposium
Speakers Include Management Guru Tom Peters, Industry Analyst Elana Anderson and MIT Professor Glen Urban

The purpose of the event is to foster learning and sharing among clients and industry experts on the strategies, tactics, trends and best practices critical to optimizing customer relationships and marketing ROI in an evolving marketplace. This is the first Symposium to bring together senior marketing leaders from clients of Epsilon, Epsilon Interactive and Frequency Marketing Inc.
This year's Symposium will focus around the theme of "Lead, Innovate, Grow." Over the course of this two-day Symposium, marketing leaders from across the country will gather to discuss how their organizations can lead, innovate and grow by leveraging and combining customer knowledge with best-in-class integrated marketing strategies, tactics and technologies to identify, acquire and build long-term, profitable customer relationships.
The Symposium includes an all-star line up of speakers. Keynote speaker Tom Peters, the business management guru and world-renowned author, will address leadership management, specifically, 50 strategies and tactics for vigorous leadership in times of change. The innovation portion of the event will be led by Elana Anderson, vice president, research director of the Marketing Group at Forrester Research. Anderson will discuss how to leverage traditional, interactive and emerging mediums to build timely marketing initiatives that optimize customer relationships and marketing return on investment. In addition, well-known client representatives from leading brands in the retail, financial services and travel sectors will share integrated marketing case studies focused on growing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and how these relationships impact the brand.
