Epsilon Expands and Adds Key Technology Advancements to Direct Marketing Production Facility
St. Louis facility gains extensive upgrades to support growing customer demand for quality direct marketing communications
St. Louis, MO, April 22, 2004
- Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company, today announced that it has made significant enhancements to its St. Louis-based direct marketing production facility. The facility upgrade is in direct response to growing demands of clients nationwide to efficiently produce quality direct marketing communications. As a result of the production upgrade, the St. Louis facility now has a full complement of advanced integrated production capabilities to further enable Epsilon to produce and mail precise marketing messages for its clients on time and on budget.

Epsilon’s 120,000-square-foot St. Louis facility now houses state-of-the-art continuous and cut-sheet laser printers with duplex and MICR capabilities, and a full complement of high-speed, intelligent inserters with camera stations to support complex match mailings and a staff dedicated to hand fulfillment of high-impact, dimensional packages. The newly upgraded facility currently employs approximately 200 employees, who can produce up to three million direct mail kits per day.
Furthermore, the facility now houses many key logistical improvements. These include an on-site United States Postal Service office, climate-controlled warehousing for more than 3,200 skids, as well as unparalleled security protocols designed to protect and deliver best-in-class data processing, laser personalization, lettershop and fulfillment services.
Today, clients and invited guests will be welcomed to an open house, where they will tour the facility and have the opportunity to meet Epsilon's senior management.
