Database Marketing Service Provider Leader
According to Findings "Epsilon Sets the Bar for the Industry"

The ranking also follows Forrester's recent citing of Epsilon Interactive as a market leader in the Forrester Wave: Email Marketing Service Providers Q4 2005, giving Epsilon the distinction of having a leading offering in both the database and email marketing industries.
The report, The Forrester WaveTM: Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2006, was published on Tuesday, January 10, 2006. To begin its research, Forrester assembled a list of over 100 companies that provide outsourced database marketing services and then selected 10 to evaluate in depth based on market share, number and quality of customer references, and the balance of acquisition versus retention, among other criteria.
The report recognized Epsilon as "squarely in the sweet spot of market demand" and touts the company for its comprehensive offering and exceptional service citing "Epsilon provides a well balanced blend of technical, analytical and marketing capabilities that is both wide and deep.
