Largest National Bank in Texas Selects Epsilon to Help Acquire Small Business Checking Accounts

Wakefield, Mass. – May 4, 2005 – Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company, announced today that it has been selected to provide direct marketing services for Frost Bank. Under the terms of the agreement, Epsilon will implement a marketing program for Frost Bank focused on the acquisition of small business checking accounts. The program will include incentives for customers to open a new account, including a gift that showcases Texas’ natural beauty and a donation in the customer’s honor to a prestigious Texas-based non-profit organization, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Epsilon will also carry out a direct mail campaign and a summer promotion over the course of the yearlong program.
