Epsilon Appoints Julia Hochberg Vice President, Strategy and Planning

Newest Senior Manager Tapped to Continue Epsilon’s Strategic Growth

WAKEFIELD, MA. – July 26, 2006 –Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced the appointment of Julia Hochberg to the position of vice president, strategy and planning.  Hochberg will be responsible for managing strategic growth initiatives, driving future business plans and leading research efforts.  She will also identify opportunities for market expansion, continuing the momentum generated by Epsilon’s acquisition by Alliance Data in October of 2004 and its recent purchase of Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick Email Solutions (both now Epsilon Interactive). Hochberg will be based in Epsilon’s Dallas office and will report directly to president and CEO Michael Iaccarino.

“Julia’s addition to the senior management team reflects our commitment to bringing new talent and fresh ideas to our company,” said Michael Iaccarino, president and CEO of Epsilon.  “Julia’s strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with her competitive drive, make her the perfect fit for Epsilon’s fast-paced environment. We are confident she will be an invaluable member of our team as we continue to expand the Epsilon brand.”

Hochberg began her career as co-owner and vice president of South River Investments, LLC, where she managed financial and strategic functions.  As vice president, Hochberg authored marketing plans, managed customer service and experience initiatives, handled customer analysis and oversaw brand development.

“I am honored to join a team of renowned industry strategists and to contribute to Epsilon’s ongoing expansion,” says Hochberg.  “As consumers’ needs continue to evolve, my task will be to ensure that Epsilon continues to help our clients leverage customer insight and technology to build customer relationships and accelerate marketing ROI.”

Hochberg holds a Bachelor of Science from George Washington University and recently received her MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
