Epsilon Appoints Doug Johnson Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Will Lead Company Growth and Talent Expansion

WAKEFIELD, MASS. – January 30, 2006 – Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced the appointment of Doug Johnson to the position of senior vice president, human resources. In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for the overall strategy and management of human resources at Epsilon. Specifically, he will strengthen corporate relationships, provide support to Epsilon employees and recruit and retain fresh industry talent. Johnson will be based in Epsilon’s Dallas office and will report directly to president and CEO Michael Iaccarino.

Johnson brings more than a decade of human resources experience at leading technology companies to his new position. Prior to joining Epsilon, Johnson worked as a director of human resources at CompuCom Systems and was responsible for re-engineering its staffing function and training and mentoring employees. Prior to his role at CompuCom, Johnson held positions at BancTec, Inc. and PDS Technical Services.
