Epsilon's Interactive Services Group Expands Product Development and
Technology Teams
Senior Leadership Appointments will Support New Product Development
and Infrastructure Expansion Efforts for Rapidly Growing Organization
New York – October 31, 2006 –Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced that Andrew Caso, Christopher Dressler and James van der Voet have been appointed to senior leadership roles within Epsilon's Interactive Services group as the company prepares for the launch of its next generation email technology platform in 2007 and continues its rapid global expansion.

The development of the company's next generation global email technology platform includes the collective participation of Epsilon’s Interactive Services group Client Advisory Board, which solicits feedback from leading marketers from more than 20 blue-chip brands across the publishing, retail, travel, CPG, travel and technology vertical markets. Development efforts are further supported by the collective guidance of numerous external experts including a leading user interface design and usability firm.
Industry veteran Andrew Caso brings more than 20 years of email and data services experience to his new role as vice president of new product management at Epsilon's Interactive Services group. Most recently, Caso served as vice president of client operations at Digital Connexxions, where he oversaw integrated marketing campaigns and ensured that clients achieved their primary program objectives. Caso also held senior management and product development roles at email marketing firms YesMail and ClickAction, as well as Citicorp-Quotron, Market Arts Software and Security Pacific Bank. Caso will be based in New York City.
Chris Dressler joins Epsilon's Interactive Services group as vice president of technology infrastructure. In this newly created position, he will lead the company's rapidly growing systems, network, and database administration groups. Dressler brings more than 15 years of IT infrastructure, software development, internal data, and network consulting experience to his new role. He has served as a consultant to major consumer brands including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc, and Kaplan, Inc. and has held executive positions with Arvato Systems/Bertelsmann and Siemens. Dressler will be based in New York City.
James van der Voet has been appointed to the new position, vice president of software development within Epsilon's Interactive Services group. In this role he will apply his more than 25 years of product development, management consulting and entrepreneurial experience. Van der Voet will directly oversee the development of the company’s next-generation email platform. Most recently, van der Voet worked at Allstream (AT&T Canada) as managing director Consulting Services, and as a partner in a successful IT management consulting firm. He was president of Cintec Solutions, a strategy and change consulting company, and also held senior positions at IBM, responsible for software development, systems integration and consulting, working with clients including NASA, Nestle, Ford, and GE. Van der Voet will be based in Toronto.
Caso, Dressler and van der Voet will report to Epsilon’s Interactive Services group president and chief technology officer, Ragy Thomas. Epsilon’s Interactive Services group is distinguished in the marketplace for being the only email service provider to be ranked a leader by both Forrester and Jupiter Research in three consecutive reviews of email service providers.
