Epsilon Appoints Industry Veterans To Spearhead Tailored Vertical Market Program Development For Expanding Client Base

Taleen Ghazarian and Ron Shevlin will Lead Strategic Program Development for Pharmaceutical and Financial Services Clients

WAKEFIELD, MASS. – April 24, 2006 – Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced the appointments of two industry veterans to lead strategic program development efforts across its expanding client base. Epsilon will package more than 10 years of its best practices and programming innovation in core industries into centers of excellenceÑhighly specialized practice groups with expertise in developing marketing programs focused on optimizing customer relationships and marketing ROI, starting with the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Taleen Ghazarian, a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years, has been promoted to senior vice president from her corporate strategy role to lead the Pharmaceutical Practice Group. In addition Epsilon Interactive's Strategic Consulting group expands its vertical market expertise with the addition of Ron Shevlin, former Forrester Research analyst and expert in the financial services industry.

Taleen Ghazarian brings more than 15 years of experience delivering cutting-edge marketing strategies to improve marketing effectiveness for pharmaceutical manufacturers. As Epsilon's senior vice president, strategy and corporate development, Ghazarian has been instrumental in helping Epsilon identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry and putting a formal structure around its practice. Prior to Epsilon, Ghazarian led groups within the customer management and pharmaceutical practices at Arthur D. Little. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Brown University and her M.B.A degree from Georgetown University.

Ron Shevlin recently joined the Epsilon team from Forrester Research, where he led the financial services research group. His knowledge of the new business models emerging within the Internet economy, as well his research into industry best practices for financial services marketers, will be an asset to the Financial Services Practice Group as it expands its presence within the industry. Shevlin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his M.B.A degree with concentrations in finance and statistics from the University of Texas at Austin.
