Epsilon Earns Top Scores For Current Offering And Market Presence In New Evaluation Of Email Marketing Service Providers

Epsilon is the only company named a Leader in both email and database marketing industries by leading independent research firm

Dallas – December 21, 2007 – Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, today announced that it has earned the top score in "Current Offering" and "Market Presence" and has been named a "Leader" by Forrester Research in its Forrester Wave™: Email Marketing Service Providers, Q4 2007 (December 2007) evaluation. Epsilon also has the distinction of being the only company named a "Leader" by Forrester in 2007 in both the email and database marketing industries (Forrester Wave™: Database Marketing Service Providers, Q4 2007, November 2007).

For its research, Forrester reviewed a list of 50 email marketing services providers and selected eight to evaluate based on their product fit, customer success and Forrester client demand. Among the baseline requirements were annual revenues of at least $25 million attributed to email products and services, and at least 25 percent of the client base needed to post annual revenues of $1 billion or greater. Forrester then evaluated each vendor across 64 criteria in a lab setting, questioned its team members through surveys and discussions and interviewed its client references.
