I drive worldwide strategies around talent, culture and organizational performance. My global HR team designs and implements programs to attract, develop and retain the top talent in the industry. Under my leadership, Epsilon has cultivated a performance-based culture that focuses on results for Epsilon and its clients.
Prior to joining Epsilon, I held a series of management roles at Grant Thornton LLP, Ernst & Young LLP and Robert Half International.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Spencer and my sweet black lab, Gracie. I am a jogger even though I don’t like it that much! I am a total bookworm and old movie fan. A perfect day off for me is reading all day outside or if the weather is bad, watching an old movie or HGTV marathon. I am addicted to getting acupuncture. It is life changing. I also have a pretty serious shoe collection.
These are things I always say to my team: We will do what we say we will, on time. We will always take the high road and be a shining example of doing the right thing, by acting with integrity at all times. And finally…when all else fails, be gracious!
