Epsilon’s site retargeting produces big results for Southwest Indian Foundation
The Southwest Indian Foundation supports its mission to lessen poverty and unemployment among Southwest Native Americans by selling their handcrafted jewelry, clothes and artwork online. The Foundation wanted to boost its online marketing to convert and retain customers more effectively and achieve higher returns on its ad spending.
To achieve these goals, Epsilon ran three retargeting campaigns to key customer segments.

All three retargeting campaigns produced excellent results for the Foundation, delivering high ROI on ad spend. The fall campaign achieved a 230% return, the holiday campaign had a 150% return, and the donor campaign had a 100% return.
In light of these successes, Southwest Indian Foundation decided to incorporate site retargeting into their ongoing marketing efforts.
