I lead an amazing team of 1,000+ market technology experts, across engineering and operations. My team builds award-winning systems for customer identification, personalization, engagement, loyalty, digital interaction and marketing content delivery. This helps our clients attract new customers and maintain brand loyalty.
Formally trained in database theory, systems design, systems programming, computer graphics and artificial intelligence, I apply science to consumer experiences to make emotional connections to brands.
I’ve been designing and building systems for twenty plus years, more than a decade of which has been spent at Epsilon creating solutions that help Fortune 1000 companies attract new customers and maintain brand loyalty.
My journey with Epsilon began in the late 1990s as a database system architect and the relationships Epsilon had then with the clients I served still endure today. Of course, I’ve been through a few different roles since then: SVP of Technology Professional Services, CTO and President of Marketing Technology. For fun, I love being goofy at home with my wife and two incredible boys. I like to read and I love movies.
I’m an engineer at heart and the definition of engineering that I like best is “acquiring and applying knowledge to design, analysis, and/or construction of works for practical purposes.” Additionally, one requires a Servant Leader mentality to succeed in a service business such as ours.
