Getting to know Adsense customers
Increasing conversions on Google's
Adsense wanted to investigate why they were seeing a large number
of signups who didn't go on to activate their account.
To get to the root of the issue, we conducted design thinking
workshops and focus group research with Adsense publishers. The
goal was to understand the challenges they faced, and make sure
they had the knowledge and confidence to get to grips with the
