Epsilon’s Culture Fest and the Power of Community

By: Anuja Abraham | August 5, 2025

At Epsilon, we believe that when people feel seen, heard, and valued, they thrive. Across our global offices, we work to create spaces that nurture growth, spark connection, and honor individuality. The Epsilon India Culture Fest was a testament to that spirit. It was a lively celebration, true to our global values, and infused with local energy.

The four-day Culture Fest provided opportunities for storytelling, creativity, and shared joy.

Day 1 got off to a great start with a performance and a showcase by our in-house interest clubs. The Dhwani music club set the tone with soulful melodies, while Shutterbugs – the photography club captured and showcased powerful visuals of connection. These expressions weren’t just entertainment, instead they reflected the passions that unite us as Epsilonians.

Day 2 featured the much-loved Human Libraries in an intimate setting where senior leaders and peers opened up about their journeys, challenges, and learnings. Against a library backdrop, seated on a wingback tufted chair, our speakers – Lakshmana Gnanapragasam (SVP, Client Analytics), Suzanna Kurian (VP, Creative), Vanshika Singh (BSA, Project Delivery), Uma Parulekar (Director, Client Services), Manoharan Veera (Manager, Systems Administration), and Kamal Joshi (VP, Campaign Operations) – shared their personal reflections and reminded us of our strength in vulnerability. Every moving discussion, from the power of intuition to overcoming a disability to achieve success, served as a powerful reminder that when we share openly, we create space for connection, empathy and a more inclusive nature.

Day 3 marked the Inclusion Walk, led by speakers from our organization and across the industry. The walk was flagged off by Anjali, a lower-leg amputee and beneficiary of Epsilon’s 2024 Season of Giving. With support from the initiative, she received prosthetic limbs and now runs a thriving tea and coffee stall. Her life and journey are a testimony of resilience and renewed independence. Many came together to show their support to celebrate our culture of belonging.

Day 4 focused on physical and mental well-being. Employees and their families were invited to join a virtual session on imposter syndrome held by a certified NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) coach, while other in-office teams took part in desk-based fitness activities led by fitness trainers. Employees were encouraged to take up one-on-one counseling sessions where external counsellors offered quiet spaces for reflection and support.

Throughout the week, a themed treasure hunt added fun and teamwork to each day’s focus, i.e. connecting, growing, inclusion, and well-being, all leading towards our shared goal of unlocking potential together. With 1,334 participants, the event was a celebration of community in action.

On this occasion, Manjushree Kumar, Lead Database Developer shared her thoughts,

“Even though there’s a lot happening in the world, Epsilon continues to care for its people… It made me feel happy, included, and proud to be part of Epsilon.”

More than a celebration, Culture Fest was a living example of what belonging looks like, and how we grow, together.
