In 2022, we pushed boundaries at Epsilon and made strides with business growth, product enhancements, branding and more. It was a year of focus, and with that, we were laser-focused on our people and our culture.
The EPIC Blog launched in April 2022, and since then has been an inspiring outlet where we feature our EPIC culture by sharing volunteer activities & events, career opportunities & most importantly, the people that make Epsilon great.

Recharging together with Epsilon Days of Rest:
We always put our people first, and one way we do this is through a commitment to work-life balance. During the pandemic, we introduced “Epsilon Days of Rest” to give everyone the opportunity to disconnect with company-wide days off without emails and work piling up.
These Days of Rest have become an important part of the Epsilon culture, and one of the most popular perks we offer as we take a collective pause and recharge together. We’re looking forward to seeing and hearing how our people spend their Days of Rest in 2023!
Bring on the bounce backs: Why more people come back to Epsilon:
We have a long tradition of hiring “bounce backs” here at Epsilon…people who leave, but then come back. Even in today’s competitive job market we are seeing people come back to work for us again, and we attribute a lot of this to how much we value our employees and provide a solid and strong work-life balance.
Battle of innovators: EPIC Hack 2022:
Year-round we have enriching events and opportunities that our colleagues take part in, to network and grow in their careers. One worth reading about is our EPIC Hack 2022, a hackathon competition held by our Epsilon India team in June 2022.
200 Epsilon employees gathered to develop disruptive ideas aligned to Epsilon’s ad-tech product space and technology roadmaps, and came together for hackathon comradery, food, laughter and to be and work in-person together. We can’t wait for more collaboration and innovation this year.
Our future is now: Investing in the success of Gen Z:
We also looked at our early career development programs, and how Epsilon stands out when it comes to career opportunities for young careerists.

To wrap our most popular EPIC Blog posts of 2022, we wrote about the Publicis Groupe Work Your World program, contributing to Epsilon’s commitment to work-life balance, globally. We believe that when our people are happy and healthy in their personal lives, they are more present and successful at work, which is why the Groupe rolled out Work Your World in 2022. The program allows employees to work anywhere in the world for up to six weeks a year, and it is a life-changing benefit for those who adventure.
