Reimagining our future together with 5 fresh Values

At Epsilon we’re all about living our values. As we continue to grow and change, it’s vital to take a step back and reevaluate the aspects of our culture that are important to us. That’s why we’ve taken the time to really rethink who we are and what we stand for.

We sat down with our employees around the globe to chat about their personal relationship with Epsilon’s values.

This wasn’t just a top-down decision--we’re big believers that great ideas come from everywhere, so we got everyone involved! With the help of employees across the company at every level and area of the organization, we collectively crafted a set of five new values, as well as Epsilon’s new Vision and Mission.

Once we rolled out our new guiding principles, we wanted to do more than just put them on paper. We wanted them to jump off the page and into the heart of what we do. So, we got creative and made a video to showcase how these values resonate across the organization and create positive impact in a variety of ways.

It was incredible to see how each person connects personally with Epsilon’s values and how it shapes their work and our impact together.
