At Epsilon and Publicis Groupe, we believe in showing up for one another—not just in the day-to-day tasks of work, but in life’s most difficult moments. That’s why we’re proud to be a part of the Working with Cancer initiative, a global movement, started by Publicis Groupe, that’s dedicated to transforming the workplace experience for those impacted by cancer and chronic illness.
At the heart of this initiative is a simple but powerful promise: every employee should be able to trust and expect meaningful support in the wake of a diagnosis—whether it’s your own, a colleague’s, or a loved one’s. That promise is one we take seriously, and we’re proud to offer programming and resources to ensure no one at Epsilon walks this path alone.
We offer a robust suite of tools designed to support employees from diagnosis through treatment, recovery, and beyond. We recognize that no two cancer journeys are the same, which is why our support is tailored to meet the evolving and diverse needs of each individual and their support system.
For those who are personally impacted, or for colleagues seeking to better understand how to support someone through cancer, our partnership with Imerman Angels is a cornerstone of this program. Their unique one-on-one mentoring connects employees with "Mentor Angels"—survivors, fighters, and caregivers—who provide personalized and compassionate support.
Employees are also encouraged to explore the comprehensive resources offered through Cancer and Careers, including a practical and insightful Manager Conversation Guide, which helps leaders approach difficult conversations with empathy and clarity.
One of the most vital ways we cultivate a supportive culture is through education. Our Working with Cancer training sessions are ongoing and open to all employees. These sessions go beyond policy; they provide the knowledge and emotional tools needed to ensure empathy isn’t just felt but acted upon. Positive intent is powerful, but when paired with practical know-how, it becomes transformational.
Another vital part of our commitment is encouraging preventive care through the Screening Time Off initiative. This effort empowers employees to take time, without guilt or barriers, for recommended health screenings and check-ups, recognizing that early detection leads to better outcomes. With tools like the Prevent Cancer Foundation’s screening quiz, health webinars, and flexible scheduling support, we’re helping each other put health first, because caring for our well-being is just as important as supporting one another through illness.
At Epsilon, you can be part of the mission to lead with empathy, break down stigma, and ensure that workplace support isn’t just a promise, but a reality—for everyone, every day.
