I have over 30 years of experience growing successful businesses in the marketing services and digital marketing space. I previously served as CEO of Conversant, leading the company to significant growth and a sale to Alliance Data (Epsilon) in December 2014. Prior to that, I built and led Dotomi, a display media company, until it was sold to ValueClick (Conversant) in 2011.

As CEO, I am responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Epsilon’s leading technology, data and services so that we consistently deliver business results for both our clients and our company. It is my duty to galvanize and motivate Epsilon’s global team of over 8,000 who leverage technology, data and services to help the world’s top brands harmonize customer engagement across paid, owned and earned marketing channels.
With over two decades of leadership experience in advertising and marketing technology, expertise across numerous client categories, and high comfort working with Connected Media peers and across Publicis Groupe, I am confident Epsilon can shape the industry and reach new heights both as a company and as a critical ingredient in Publicis Groupe’s leading suite of capabilities.

I manage a diverse team of specialists who execute a wide array of programs across the entire ownership journey for the Automotive Industry. By leveraging all of Epsilon’s capabilities and solutions, we help our OEM and dealer clients more effectively manage their customer relationship and deliver a strong ROI on marketing dollars spent.
My philosophy: I’m a straight shooter and I believe our clients desire full transparency with “no surprises”. Client engagements boil down to personal relationships and trust. Our clients trust us to do a job, and, in turn, we must do everything in our power to do it flawlessly.

I am responsible for overseeing the Analytics team at Epsilon where I foster and lead innovation in identification, personalization, artificial intelligence, optimization, measurement and data visualization. The Analytics team’s scope of work spans from building key components of Epsilon’s PeopleCloud platform such as identification and optimization, to applying our platform’s powerful machine learning and analytical capabilities to deliver performance for client campaigns, to delivering reporting, visualization and customized insights on Epsilon’s performance to clients, and to deep analysis of our clients' marketing and overall business.

I drive the strategy, execution and delivery of Epsilon’s engineering teams, from Product Engineering all the way through to Technology and Security. Engineering is responsible for the development and integration of all the Epsilon PeopleCloud products, the tools to manage and execute the platforms and the collection and processing of all data assets. Additionally, the teams have responsibility for the build out, connectivity, operations and monitoring of Epsilon’s platforms and environments.
My philosophy: Get things done. Move things forward. Do things to drive the business.

I am responsible for leading Epsilon’s Media team, which includes delivery, inventory and traffic quality. As brands battle for consumers’ attention across a growing number of devices and channels, I work with our clients, and agency leaders throughout Publicis Groupe, to ensure campaigns drive impactful outcomes by reaching people on the highest quality inventory. I am also responsible for the development and growth of our publisher inventory. This includes our highly curated private exchange that offers direct publishers best in class management tools and identity solutions to maximize earning potential. Consumers, clients and publishers alike benefit from our direct partnerships with well-known marketers on trusted inventory partners in a unique environment that generates results for everyone in the interaction.

I lead a global HR team that creates a workplace where employees can thrive and drive our company and clients’ business growth. I play an active role in driving cultural, organizational, and human capital initiatives to create a clear competitive advantage for the company. I am passionate about designing new talent strategies to address changing workforce needs and capabilities in the short and long term.

I oversee Publicis Groupe’s Global Data Privacy Office, which includes the Groupe's global data privacy program and strategy designed to ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws worldwide as well as with client requirements. I also serve as the Data Protection Officer for Epsilon and other Publicis Groupe companies in accordance with GDPR.
In my role, I lead Epsilon’s privacy compliance and readiness with policies and laws covering online and offline consumer data. My team of experienced privacy attorneys provide clients with information on how data is processed and collected as part of Epsilon’s solutions to enable clients to make informed decisions around their compliance obligation. As subject matter experts, we organize summits, provide point of views and share industry best practices on relevant privacy topics.

I lead Epsilon’s legal team and am responsible for providing legal counsel to Epsilon’s senior leadership team to ensure the business continues to thrive. I have developed and continue to maintain a collaborative partnership with senior leadership, working together to understand legal risks and offering strategic alternatives when necessary.
My philosophy: I believe in-house legal teams are most effective at helping the business thrive when they look for solutions rather than focus on problems.

I lead Epsilon’s commercial teams across our global technology, media and digital activation solutions. I am responsible for driving Epsilon’s organic growth and accelerating our go-to-market in new countries and industry verticals. My focus is on maximizing the value we deliver through Epsilon’s full suite of offerings to drive business growth for clients.

We will continuously evolve our compliance program and make sure that the message of ethics and integrity resonates throughout the company.

With over 25 years developing innovative AdTech and MarTech capabilities at Epsilon, I bring a deep experience and passion for creating products that deliverable measurable impact.

I lead a team responsible for the creation of Epsilon’s unique and actionable datasets and data products that are the foundation for Publicis Groupe’s connected identity solutions and Epsilon’s connected marketing platforms to drive brand growth. I also lead our partnerships teams who identify and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the marketing ecosystem that help our clients brands to have a more complete and actionable view of each customer as well as marketing technologies that help manage the data.
