A national QSR chain's loyalty program was only capturing a small percent of their customer base, making it difficult to activate effective media campaigns.

Customer+ uncovers the missing ingredients

The fast food chain used Epsilon Digital's Customer+ to uncover additional unauthenticated loyalty members (we like to call them Lazy Loyalists) as well as non-loyalty customers that weren't found in their first-party data, which expanded their reach and ability to connect with guests.
