A new IDC Link commentary reviews Epsilon’s Digital CDP solution, saying it allows marketers to activate at scale in a matter of weeks.
The IDC Link, “Epsilon Announces Digital Customer Data Platform: Activation at Scale in Weeks,” commented on Epsilon’s new Digital CDP solution, which officially launched earlier this year. IDC noted product features, including Epsilon’s identity solution known as CORE ID and the capabilities and innovations of Epsilon’s Digital CDP with details on AI models, use cases and activation match rates. IDC also gave their perspective on the new offering’s strengths, including fast time to value.
“The announcement and availability of Digital CDP provides a packaged CDP offering with fast time to value and well-known identity resolution technology (CORE ID) that should be attractive to customers interested in receiving better results from marketing activities and improving real-time personalization at scale,” the IDC Link reads.
