My role
As the regional lead for Epsilon CitrusAd retail media arm, Rob plays a pivotal role in developing and driving the companies strategic objectives and overseeing operations within the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Ensuring the vision is effectively implemented, tailored to the unique market dynamics of APJ. Rob's key responsibilities are across strategic leadership, market expansion and growth, operational excellence, team management, strategic partnerships, adaptation to local dynamics and client development. Fostering strong relationships in a dynamic and diverse market landscape, this role requires a combination of business acumen, cultural sensitivity, and effective leadership to position Epsilon CitrusAd as a leader in the region.

The team represents the full Epsilon product suite ranging from Digital Media, Retail Media, Onsite Personalization, and Data Activation.
