Robin Palley

Robin Palley is Senior Vice President, Business Consulting, overseeing the healthcare strategy practice at Epsilon, and the healthcare digital transformation assessment practice. She leads a team of over 40 data-driven omnichannel strategists and works with our change management, technology and analytics practices. Robin brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience spanning patient, HCP and public health as well as enterprise strategies. Robin has worked on strategies for all audiences for brands at every stage of the product lifecycle. She was VP Global Digital Business at GlaxoSmithKline, focused on patient and consumer communication, and started her career as a reporter and editor (TV on-camera, newspapers, radio on-air). She loves working on organizational needs assessments to drive choices of marketing enablement technologies. Prior to joining Epsilon, Robin was Consulting Lead, Digitas Health, a Publicis Groupe company, deciding to leave there to join Epsilon because of its focus on using data to achieve ever greater personalization and customer intimacy. In other career adventures Robin was SVP and a founder of WebMD Consumer, and led the national digital transformation of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
