    This casual dining restaurant wanted to connect digitally with their current guests, but struggled to both retain them and drive incremental sales with their current strategy.

    Epsilon PeopleCloud Epsilon Digital helped them deliver personalized messaging to individuals based on their occasion preferences, resulting a lift in conversions and a strong return on ad spend.

    Getting specific

    We used 7,000+ attributes to provide a comprehensive view of our client’s current customers. The target audience was adults 18-49 who had purchased at least once from the client in the last year. Of the client’s 14 million customers on file, we matched 78% of them to our IDs (about double the industry average).

    Driving incremental sales

    We then tested a control group (6%) that received a brand neutral ad against a test group (94%) that received a personalized ad. This approach helped the casual dining restaurant to achieve their goals of finding the right people to talk to digitally, personalizing their communications, going beyond their typical limited time offers and ultimately delivering incremental sales.
