Epsilon today announced three key executives set to accelerate growth, strengthen its digital media business and help clients turn increasingly complex data and technology ecosystems into tangible business advantage. Michael Chock joins as Chief Growth Officer, Ant McDonagh joins as General Manager, Epsilon Digital, and Kathleen Dundas joins as Chief Solutions Officer.

As Sean Reardon marks his first year as CEO, he is shaping Epsilon’s next phase through targeted appointments across growth, product, data, client leadership and digital media. Together, Chock, McDonagh and Dundas strengthen the leadership behind that agenda, reinforcing Epsilon’s role as a key enabler of Publicis Groupe’s Connected Media strategy and helping clients unlock the full potential of data and identity to create more connected, relevant and measurable marketing efforts.

Michael Chock joins Epsilon as Chief Growth Officer, leading a newly unified Growth organization that aligns Sales, Marketing and Client Development. He will focus the full breadth of Epsilon’s data, identity, media and technology capabilities to fuel client growth agendas. Most recently Chief Solutions Officer at Smart Media Technologies, Chock brings extensive experience across ad tech, martech and data, with a track record of deepening client relationships and opening new market opportunities.

Ant McDonagh will serve as General Manager, Epsilon Digital, a newly created role leading the company’s Digital and Retail Media businesses. Recruited from dentsu, where he effectively served in multiple roles over the past 16 years, McDonagh brings deep expertise across media, commerce, data, technology and partnerships. His appointment adds a highly regarded industry leader to Epsilon’s bench as the company advances its identity-powered innovation across omnichannel media capabilities.

Kathleen Dundas joins Epsilon as Chief Solutions Officer, putting an accomplished leader at the center of the company’s expanding Data Transformation capabilities. Most recently President, Data & Strategy at Publicis Groupe’s Zenith, Dundas led work connecting adtech, martech, strategy and measurement to build smarter, more comprehensive data solutions. Earlier in her career, she led global agency partnerships at Neustar and held senior agency leadership roles at AOL and Starcom MediaVest Group, working across major global brands.

These appointments bring in new expertise while building on the strength of leaders elevated from within Epsilon over the past year. Kate Sirkin was promoted to Chief Data Officer, Chris Wissing to Chief Product Officer and Shea Heath to Chief Client Officer, strengthening leadership across the company’s data and identity assets, product portfolio and client relationships.

“We are making deliberate moves to build the leadership team Epsilon needs for its next chapter,” said Sean Reardon, CEO of Epsilon. “I’ve had the benefit of seeing Michael, Ant and Kathleen in action. They are proven leaders with a track record of turning data, media and technology into meaningful growth opportunities for clients. Their leading-edge perspectives, combined with the deep expertise of the exceptional team already at Epsilon, will make us more ambitious, more connected and better equipped to tackle the challenges that matter most to our clients.”
