Intern Program

Looking to put your studies to work? Epsilon has an internship for you! Get the chance to show off your exceptional talent in a real-world corporate setting and grow your skillset.

Get hands-on experience

As an intern, you’ll be fully immersed in your team and get hands-on learning experiences that will set you up for early career success. You'll be exposed to professional development, company knowledge and job-specific and technical trainings. Your team will be there every step of the way, giving you the support you need to do great things.

Grow your network and community

Networking is a key piece of the Intern Program. You’ll grow your network quickly to be supported in your role and at Epsilon. You’ll participate in social engagements and speed networking events, meet with senior leaders and be paired with a mentor picked just for you! You will participate in all trainings with your Intern class allowing you to build lasting relationships.

Develop professionally

Throughout your internship with Epsilon, you'll work on projects and assignments that will grow your skillset and allow you to develop professionally. You'll get the opportunity to learn more about Epsilon, your coworkers and yourself!

Gain invaluable feedback

We all need people who give us feedback and encourage us to be our best—that’s how we improve! Under the guidance of your team with additional support from the Early Careers team, you'll set goals at the beginning of your internship that you'll work to accomplish throughout your summer, making the most out of your time!

When I first started my intern role, a big emphasis was being better 1% every day. You're expected to learn about how Epsilon functions, how your team runs and fits into the big picture, and how to work with your peers instead of the need to make an immediate impact because through continual learning and striving to be 1% better every day in your role you can make a greater impact in the long-term.
- Michael N., Intern class of 2020 and 2021
Interning in a strategy position and then returning in a client services role exposed me to different verticals within the business which was incredibly valuable. Overall, my time as an intern was a valuable learning experience that allowed me to develop my skills, build my network, and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Abbie A., Intern class of 2020
As a manager of interns, I have found the opportunity very rewarding. I am able to pay forward to them the same positive experiences I enjoyed during my program so that they can get as much out of their internship as I did mine.
- Alex O., Intern class of 2017

New Grad Program

Did you graduate from college, or are you graduating soon? First off, congrats! Second, you should apply to our New Grad Program. Over your first year, you'll receive the training and support that you need to build a strong foundation for your professional career.

Get trained up

Throughout your first eight weeks of the New Grad Program, you’ll participate in onboarding training that sets you up for success as you transition from the classroom to a corporate environment. You’ll hone essential skills to be successful in the workplace, whether that be Epsilon-specific knowledge, soft-skills trainings or increasing your technical aptitude. And you won’t be alone throughout the onboarding process—you'll participate in all trainings with your New Grad class, establishing relationships that last far longer than the initial first weeks.

Gain a mentor

As a New Grad, you’ll be paired 1:1 with a mentor who is earlier in their career. Given they were in your shoes recently, they can offer invaluable guidance to help get you acclimated in your role and as an Epsilon team member. They'll serve as an additional resource for you, helping to expand your network as you navigate your first few months at the company.

Meet with senior leaders

In addition to a personalized mentor, you'll also interact with Epsilon’s senior leaders through interactive engagements. From meet and greet sessions to department lunch and learns, there are so many opportunities to meet in small groups with senior management to offer job specific guidance—all while building on your rapport with them!

Collaborate and network with others

Networking is an important component of the New Grad Program. You’ll grow your internal network quickly and be exposed to key players in the organization. You’ll attend speed networking sessions, participate in social events, and be involved in activities that support your local communities—all while having a great time doing it! In addition to the support you will receive from your team and mentor, the Early Careers team will also be there every step of the way checking in with you and cheering you on throughout your time in the Program!

Develop key project and presentation skills

You’ll be responsible for two big initiatives during the New Grad Program. The first is a presentation for you to showcase your personal brand with those you will be working closest with. The second is a group project where you will work with members of your New Grad class to learn more about Epsilon, think strategically and share your findings in a live presentation to your peers, manager and mentor.

Receive frequent actionable feedback

Feedback is key to career development. Throughout your time in the New Grad Program, you’ll receive regular feedback from your manager and team so you can continue to learn and grow. You will work with your manager on setting goals that encourage you to expand your skillset and push you to unlock your full potential.

The best highlight for me were the relationships I was able to develop within the program, specifically with other New Grads on my team. It made creating a relationship with the other two CIEs, who started at the same as me, much easier.
- Scott F., New Grad class of 2020
Because of the New Grad trainings, I was able to learn the standards about communication through business settings.  I became more confident sending out communication to my client and developed a more comfortable feel for presenting my work in front of my managers.
- Andrew M., New Grad class of 2020
This tight-knit group of New Grads allowed us to feel a sense of community and belonging right from the start. It gave me a ‘safe space’ to ask questions and bounce ideas off others who were having similar experiences to mine. This helped me gain confidence early in my career, which I’ve taken with me as I’ve navigated new roles, teams, and clients.
- Kristen M., New Grad class of 2011
